BIKOL CENTRAL includes four dialects namely Bikol Daet (covers Bikol-speaking towns in Camarines Norte), Bikol Legazpi (first and second district of Albay excluding Daraga), Bikol Naga (first and second districts of Camarines Sur excluding Del Gallego, and San Pascual, Masbate), and Bikol Partido (third district of Camarines Sur, and San Andres, Catanduanes).

RINCONADA BIKOL covers the third dictrict of Camarines Sur excluding Buhi which is under ALBAY BIKOL, which has four dialects namely Albayano Buhi or Buhi-non (Buhi town), Albayano Daraga or East Miraya (Guinobatan, Camalig, Daraga and Jovellar, Albay, and Donsol and Pilar, Sorsogon), Albayano Libon (Libon town), and Albayano Oas or West Miraya (Ligao City, Polangui, Oas, and Pio Duran, Albay).

PANDAN BIKOL covers northern Catanduanes towns of Caramoran, Pandan, Bagamanoc, Panganiban, and Viga while VIRAC BIKOL includes Virac, Bato, Baras, San Miguel, and Gigmoto.

MASBATENYO covers the province of Masbate except San Pascual (Bikol Naga dialect is spoken), Balud and Mandaon (HILIGAYNON), and Placer, Cataingan, Pio V. Corpuz and Esperanza (CEBUANO). Spoken in Sorsogon City, Castilla, Casiguran, and Juban, Sorsogon is MASBATE-SORSOGON while in Gubat, Barcelona, Bulusan, Santa Magdalena, Matnog, Irosin, and Bulan, Sorsogon, WARAY-SORSOGON is being used.
